Self Stability
Information - maybe it's real, maybe it's fake. It's impossible to tell, so we go by our gut emotional reactions. We don't believe information, we believe our raw, unconscious, instinctual emotional reaction to the information.
Humans in the fray of informational uncertainty can take two important steps to find stability:
Actively unplug from screens as much as possible. They scramble your brain, destroy your humanity, drain your energy and feast upon your fear. They are made to keep you off balance and confused, drunk on information and craving more.
Our only refuge is within us. We must each be our own point of stability. We have to find a center within ourselves, a grounding point that dissipates the chaos we're immersed in and centers our consciousness. We can't rely on anything outside of ourselves and we relinquish our personal power in doing so. Stabilize yourself and keep your power. HumanHints is about empowering your SELF.
Inner Strength
In order to stabilize ourselves, we must be strong within ourselves. Inner work heals the outer world. The outer world wants us destabilized through our emotions. We heal that by stabilizing our own emotions.
Working on our own emotions is hard enough, but empaths also pick up emotions from other people. This is why it's so important for those who came to heal the earth through love, to know themselves. When empaths get to know their inner selves, when they understand their own emotions, they will have a better awareness of the emotions they're picking up from others they'll be able to filter them out more effectively.
Empaths must lean how to have boundaries. We can't have inner stability without boundaries that we actively protect. An unprotected boundary is no boundary at all. It's an invitation for most people.
You can't be true to yourself if you don't know yourself. When we actively explore ourselves and get to know who we are, we strengthen our defenses around our true nature and we can better resist going against it. If empaths don't deal with their own emotions, they'll waste their entire lives protecting everyone else's.
Don't be afraid of your feelings. Face them. Confront them head on, knowing that they cannot hurt you. Your emotions - even intensely horrid emotions - open your heart, the portal to humanity. It's scary because an opening heart feels vulnerable. Facing this vulnerability gives us strength.
Make the Shift with Awareness and Will
In these times, there is no certainty outside of you. Our only stability is in our own hearts. Everything outside of you is designed to keep you off balance, unsure, scared. We each know what feels right inside. That is our only anchor in a sea of chaos.
It's important to practice getting in touch with our inner feelings and less in touch with the outer world. When you get information from the outer world, start listening more to your soft inner impulses while ignoring your immediate primal emotional reactions. Feel the soft, quiet message after time has passed. Pay attention to those messages. Get familiar and comfortable with your inner world. Make your inner feelings a big part of your decision-making process.
Turns out, we don't need AI to tell us what's right and wrong. We feel it in our own hearts, which is why the entire world is focused on keeping your attention away from you and your inner realm. Tune out of technology and tune into yourself. Your Truth lies within you. You just have to practice feeling it.
