Navigating Change
Greetings Fellow Humans.
Welcome to the first issue of Human Hints. May you find a warm, comforting, stable environment that makes sense, in which you can experiment with self-empowerment.
I intend to publish an article early Wednesday mornings and early Saturday mornings. As readership grows, I intend to make the Saturday issue for paid subscribers only.
Let us begin. Here we go….
Beyond the magnified division and uncertainty that has recently permeated throughout humanity, I hope that most of us can agree that the world we live in today is quite different than just a few years ago.
Like it or not, most of us do see our own version of the world’s structures crumbling. We need to face the reality that, not only will fundamental change continue, it will speed up and become more intense, at least for the next few years.
The question we must each ask our selves for the next few years is, “How Do I Handle Change?” We must realize our own unconscious patterns of resistance and teach our selves to go with the flow. When we release our own patterns of resistance, we clear up space for growth and expansion.
At a certain point, we’ve learned all we can from the people and situations we picked up along the way. If you’re no longer interested or you want to break free, it’s time to let them go and actively step into your future.
We will deeply explore the simple, effortless, harmless, immediately self-empowering ways of doing this, within the pages of Human Hints.
As we live our lives in the physical world, we pick up baggage. The effect of an experience can stay with us long after we think we’ve gotten past it and a situation can last long after it’s become old and stale. Without our even knowing it, life burdens us with layer upon layer of increasing distortion away from our True Selves. Our job is to drop the layers of distortion and get beck to who we really are.
Our present situation - our present energetic signature - draws us to certain people and situations. Our desires and decisions in the present moment are unconsciously dictated by our situation.
As time changes, so does our personal energy signature. We grow within our situation until it no longer supports our growth. We are drawn to certain people until we can no longer grow from them. If the people involved don’t flow with the changing energy, they resist change and cause pain for them Selves and others.
It’s understandable that people want to stay within their own prison. Familiarity is comfortable, no matter how unpleasant and confining it might be, but when it stifles our personal growth, Time will force a change.
When time forces change, we either accept it and flow with it naturally or we hold on and fight it. In the end, fighting time only causes us pain. Resisting inevitable change does not stop it. Inevitable change cannot be stopped. It’s inevitable.
Accept and Trust The Process Of Change
Like it or not, a time of great change is at hand. The trick of the times is to gracefully release the past and excitedly accept the unknown future.
Improvement usually requires tearing down the old existing structure. Remodeling a house means first breaking apart what is there. Even though it may be functional and familiar, it must be destroyed before something new and improved emerges.
When we cling to the past, we cling to the old energies that bind us and restrict our personal growth.
We are each being called to embrace change with enthusiasm. The situation of humanity requires each human to focus on what will be built after the existing energy structures have crumbled.
We will each face personal challenges and we will each handle them in our own way. How we emerge on the other side is up to us. We can flow or we can fight. Feel the difference between those energies and you will understand where each path will lead.
Remember This Is Your Adventure
I am intentionally being vague because this plays out differently for everyone. We are each unique. If you want to know how this is affecting you personally, look around your life. Pay attention to your life for just a few days and you will know exactly what from your past is holding onto you, not allowing you to be or become you.
You’re holding on because you’re emotionally attached. It takes your limited personal energy to generate, maintain and hold onto that emotion. The emotion itself is probably negative and brings you down. On top of all that, beings from the Lower Astral realm, just beyond our physical perception, latch onto your lower emotion and feed off of your lower energy, sometimes for years, even lifetimes.
We will address the Lower Astral energies soon enough here in Human Hints. Right now just know that they can’t exist where we’re going. They will naturally fall away, as long as you do your part as a physical human. Each person has the responsibility to address their physical situation and free them Selves from the past.
The most powerful way for humans to effect the physical world, is within their own individual consciousness. Our thoughts have a powerful impact in the energetic world beyond our five senses.
What brings you down? Get it out of your life. What lifts you up? Focus on that. Do it in that order. Drop the past, feel your freedom and embrace the future. Get rid of the known patterns in your life that are restricting your growth and replace them with energies of expansion into the unknown.
As humans in the physical realm, we have responsibilities , both in the physical world and within the realms of thought and emotion. We must work with both simultaneously.
The strongest action humans can take, is thought. Human thought is the highest form of energy we’re consciously aware of. We know there are higher forms of energy, but humans can’t consciously interact or effect them. Thought is the highest form of energy we have conscious control over.
Our thoughts dictate our emotions, which try to control the physical body. It’s up to us to not act from emotion. That’s one of our physical responsibilities.
It’s also up to us to face, love and release our random thoughts when we realize we’re in them. Then, in that instant of “blank mind”, imagine the way you want to feel in the future. If you’re facing something that troubles you, embrace the way you feel after you’ve released your Self from it.
Forcing A Separation In The Physical
The other main responsibility we have is in the physical. Often, when a bond from the past is strong enough - when someone just won’t let go and refuses to accept change - it is necessary for you to consciously end the energetic connection in the physical. You must embrace your personal power by stating your truth to whoever needs to hear it. Then you need to follow through and actually live free, without that attachment. It’s a process. It takes time.
Burning your journal is great symbology for releasing your past, but that’s more of a passive method, like thought. Sometimes, ending human energetic entanglement takes direct human-to-human confrontation.
If that’s the case, here are a few hints to remember:
Sometimes it takes the raw power of intense emotion to do what you don’t want to do, and that’s ok, just get it done. When your past just won’t let you go, it’s war time and you gotta get done what must be done. Just do what you have to do. It doesn’t have to be graceful, it has to get done. It’s probably going to be sloppy, but it has to get done. Say what you have to say. Face it and move through it. This covers your responsibility in the physical. You are actively ending what you once actively started.
You make it the experience you want it to be. You’re claiming your personal power and freeing your Self. It’s a celebration. Act like it. Celebrate your unknown future instead of clinging to the definite restrictions of the past.
Don’t impose your feelings onto other people. Don’t assume you’re breaking someone’s heart, when they might be secretly thrilled or not even care. This is one common trap for deep empaths. Don’t lose your Self because you’re convenient for someone else.
And a few more hints…
Take control of the energies you partake of in your daily life. Get rid of what you don’t want in your life and move on.
Notice what no longer works for you, what holds you back.
Separate your Self from those energies.
Fill the new empty space with self-love, self-power, self-grounding.
Take the time to embrace your new independence from what once held you down.
Do Not jump into a replacement of the same energy. Let your Self be free for once, even if the unknown is uncomfortable to you. You don’t need physical form to ground you when you’re grounded within your Self.
The above suggestions might help you to nurture and facilitate your own growth by releasing the past and opening to the future.
Change can be difficult. Growth can hurt. Uncertainty and newness can be uncomfortable, but it doesn’t have to be, if you flow with it instead of fighting what you cannot control.
Face, accept and flow with what you cannot control.
Ground within your Self. Stabilize within your own Heart, with your own Love for your Self. No matter how tumultuous the world becomes, you will remain grounded. The world needs more grounded people. Be one.
Stand up for your Self. Claim your Personal Power.
Love your Self Deeply. Self-Love is the foundation for human growth.
NOTE: I’m not saying you have to turn away from everything in your past. Certain things continue to help you grow and you like them in your life because they make you feel good. By all means, keep the good! I am saying to become aware of the parts of your life that feel restrictive and no longer serve you. If you’re losing interest in something, pay attention to that and follow through. That’s what I’m talking about in this article and throughout Human Hints.
Stay tuned. This coming Saturday, we will explore the specific energies of the coming week and how best to flow through them with grace.
I Love You. You should too. You are totally worth loving. Start there and all the rest becomes unnecessary details that effortlessly fall away. Self-love is all you need.
